I’m a graphic designer turned creative project manager turned DIY bride turned Mama.
Work and life can get stressful, emotional, and overwhelming. Along the way it can be easy to lose sight of why and what’s important to you in the first place. I will be a champion for your ideas by being a resource, a sounding board, and someone to bounce ideas off of. Let’s get started.
My experiences have all led me to this moment
GRAPHIC DESIGN
I love to create things. I used to sit on my floor clipping out pictures from magazines to make collages, my original vision boards. I took this passion as a sign and got a degree in graphic design at American University 2006.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I love organizing things. Mapping out how to get things done and figuring out how to bring ideas to life lights my fire. I’ve been lucky enough to do just that for over 12 years in advertising agencies such as Pappas Group and Brownstein Group.
DIY WEDDING
The venue we chose for our wedding was gorgeous but it came with nothing else. Everything was up to me, literally everything. Bathrooms, chairs, decorations, signs, you name it. I planned every aspect of my wedding from the website, to the invites, catering, the flow of the ceremony and even the rehearsal dinner. With our goals in mind our wedding turned out to be the perfect reflection of who we are as a couple and I couldn’t be more proud.
PREGNANCY
My first son was born 5 weeks early which left me unprepared with nothing set up. I was recovering from an emergency c section while figuring out a plan for my nursery. Facing this enormous challenge I was able to pivot, readjust, and move forward with a vision and a flexible plan.
STAY AT HOME MOM
I’ve been home with my two kids for over three years. I was completely overwhelmed and unable to deal with the stress. I needed to prioritize my wellness and learn the self care tools that worked for me and my lifestyle. I found happiness in my every day so I could show up for myself and my family.
FRIENDSHIP
Many of my friends have gone through similar life transitions and reached out for help seeing my approach to things like planning my wedding and preparing for baby. Being able to use my expertise to help other became my passion which led me to creating my business.

I live in Philadelphia, PA with my husband, our two sons, and our fat cat Big Mac.
Nothing builds my confidence more than weight training with Train and Nourish.
Yoga and meditation are hands down my favorite way to reset and relax.
I love the sun and putting my toes in the sand but I hate getting in the water.
Spicy margaritas are my jam.
I like to dance like no one's watching.
I’m tone deaf but I sing all the time.
I’m a whiskey drinking woman.
I consider my style casual every day boho.
When I find a piece of clothing I like, I buy it in multiple colors.
Yes, I do drink matcha lattes but only if I make it myself.
